All males who are 18 years of age are required by federal law to register with the Selective Service 30 days prior or after their 18th birthday. You may register online at www.sss.gov or in the high school office, if needed. You can register as early as 17 years 3 months and be automatically registered when you turn 18.
Reminder…if you know you are going to be absent from school for any reason you need to pick up a preab in the office in advance and return signed preab prior to your absence. Not doing so may result in an unexcused absence. A parent note/call/signature is required prior to absence.
Also, if you are going to a doctor/dentist appointment you must bring note from the doctor or dentist regarding your appointment. Reminder that if you leave the building you need to sign out in the office.
Next eligibility check will be Monday, April 24, which will include prom eligibility.
